Frankie Glass, President and Founder of MNEG founded the Detroit based Entertainment company in 2004 as Nasty North Records. However, due to a name conflict with another label, Frankie incorporated Mobb North in the summer of 2007. Having gotten his start hosting successful parties in his native Detroit, Frankie has promoted and worked with the likes of some of the industries top players, including but not limited to Russell Simmons, LL Cool J, Rev Run, and a host of others. Over the past twenty years, Frankie has honed his expertise in the field of A&R by working with many of Detroit’s hottest groups and national acts. His knack for identifying talent and enhancing their commercial appeal has made him one of the most sought after music consultants in the metro Detroit area.
